Villa Gaia is a physical hub for entrepreneurs and investors who aspire whole systems change and aim to create real, lasting impact that benefits all life on Earth.
Nestled in the lush hills of Tuscany, Italy, Villa Gaia is the living lab where we work, life, personal development, and community merge into one.
We work on systemic solutions for the coordination of human efforts, enabling collaboration within the global ecosystem of regenerative changemakers. Decentralized, open source, community owned ventures such as an AI Hive Mind, the Villa Gaia Sessions podcast, a regenerative fund, cross-organizational working groups, digital infrastructure for coordination and collaboration, conscious content, network integration, matchmaking, and more.
While integrating our professional sides with our personal needs into one holistic way of living.

The core spaceholders, all seasoned entrepreneurs, connectors, facilitators, and consultants, create an environment where insight ad connection naturally unfolds. Whether through in-between conversations over an Italian lunch, spontaneous masterminding sessions, or simply sharing space with high-caliber minds, you’ll find fertile ground for your mission, as well as the opportunity to regenerate and nurture your mind, body and soul.

Villa Gaia is the home of the core teams of Gaianet and Fvtura, conscious, mission-driven professionals who dedicate their lives to co-creating a New Earth.
We create a space for rest, regeneration, and inspiration. A safe place to exhale, make sense of things, and tap into our collective intelligence.
We have 5 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds available for aligned creators to co-live with us for up to 4 weeks.
The six permanent residents and guests steward of the space, guided by the community manifesto and the space agreements - to set ourselves up for a community experience built on freedom, responsibility, and regeneration.

Life at the villa is like being immersed in a continuous mastermind. The first of the network of physical hubs we're envisioning.
Through the holistic setup, we create space for both rest and rejuvenation, and great productivity, clarity, and flow.
With curated guests, emergent daily programming, and clear agreements, we allow for emergence and share our networks and expertise in the flow, if, when, and how appropriate.
The space is equipped to enable workshops, masterminds, and knowledge sharing with modern gear at our disposal (screens, microphones, etc). There is also a media room for easy content creation, such as videos and podcasts.
